Two years ago, I met Kyle Price through another associate. I was looking for an honest person to work with and build a relationship with due to mine and my husband's remodeling business. If you live in North Texas, you know foundations are tricky situations and can be very costly to repair. There are companies out there that will put piers that are not needed. Knowing this I met with Kyle and asked his opinion about a house that we were thinking of buying and restoring. Based on what Kyle told us, we decided not to go forward with our plans. Much later on, after working with Kyle on many different projects and referrals, my husband and I had a house that we thought had a foundation problem. Before we met with Kyle, we were told the house needed 13 piers. He came out and after investigating he looked at me and said, "it's not a foundation problem, you have a water leak" as he pointed to the floor. We called a plumbing company out and sure enough, it was a plumbing problem. Due to my business, I get many calls asking for a referral for a foundation company. I have recommended Foundation Dynamics to property owners, other real estate agents, family and friends and will continue to do so for many years.
